Are you a Business Leader in the Horticulture Australia Limited (HAL), is looking for talented, motivated business owners and managers, to be part of its 2014 Horticulture – the Next Generation program. This tailored leadership development program is designed to benefit owners and managers of levy paying businesses who have responsibility for managing staff, are looking to grow their business and have a passion for their industry and its future.
Now its second year, this sought after program provides practical tools and concepts for growing and building your business. Content covers areas such as business planning, problem solving, practical sales and marketing, leadership, time management and decision making. The course involves face-to-face workshops in Brisbane July 7-8 and Melbourne October 13-14 as well as online coaching and web-seminars. There are only 25 fully funded places available across all Horticultural levy paying industries. The program will be tailored to the specific needs of participants.
