Vegetable growers, processors and resellers have the opportunity to inspect the new leafy vegetable varieties and discuss the display and other advances in the marketing of leafy vegetables.

Celebrity chef Geoff Jansz will conduct a cooking demonstration with some of the new varieties. Geoff has developed a new range of recipes featuring local produce such as cheeses, olive oil, vinegars, meats, citrus, apples and wine.
